Job Description
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, including daily specials, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests at their tables.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to the guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Set up and prepare the dining area, including table settings, linen, and glassware.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
