Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking dynamic and professional Waiters to join a high-energy, stand-alone restaurant team. The ideal candidate acts as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong command of English and specific prior experience in the UAE’s independent dining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to tables and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.
• Present menus, provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations to up-sell items.
• Accurately record orders and enter them into the POS system; coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup, clearing, and resetting efficiently during peak hours.
• Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in the UAE.
• Specific Background: Must have experience working in stand-alone / independent restaurants. Experience in fast-paced dining is essential.
• Language: Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Demographics: East European candidates are highly preferred for this role.
• Soft Skills: Energetic, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure during busy shifts.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
