Waiter/Waitress up to 3.8K AED For A Leading Luxury Hospitality Group in AUH

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments

Requirements

- POSITION: Waiter/Waitress
- SALARY: up to 3,500 AED as basic depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and other allowances
- HIRING COMPANY: Hospitality Group
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any nationality
- Male/Female, 30 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Diploma in High School or any related certification; food safety training is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or stand alone restaurant/outlet
- Excellent presentation skills, customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Strong ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Must be flexible and energetic
