We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waitress to join our client's vibrant team in the heart of Dubai's hospitality scene. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, provide top-notch service, and engage with customers will be essential in ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system to enter and manage orders efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that presentation meets our high standards.
- Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, providing guests with receipts as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
