Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Present and explain menu items, making recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Follow health and safety standards and maintain compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

- Previous experience in a similar waitress or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
