Waitress cum Barista

Job description / Role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress cum Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent table service, prepare quality coffee and beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding to requests.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Barista Duties:
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other barista supplies.

• Previous experience as a waitress and/or barista preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café equipment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
