Waitress cum Cashier

Job description / Role

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ice cream menu, including flavors, ingredients, and seasonal offerings. Be prepared to recommend products based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash, credit, and debit payments. Ensure that all financial transactions are documented and balanced at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Ensure that all equipment and work areas are clean and organized to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers
• Assist in monitoring stock levels of ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies. Help with inventory counts and notify management of low stock to ensure that popular items are always available.
• Prepare ice cream and related products, including scooping, blending, and serving. Ensure that all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
• Participate in regular cleaning duties, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a tidy shop. Ensure that all areas, including dining spaces and restrooms, are clean and inviting for customers.

• Must have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar setting.
• Must be immediately available
• Must be able to attend trainings if required
• Must have experience as working as a Cashier
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Salary:
AED 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Transport+ accommodation allowance of AED 750
