LOWE is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter with bartending knowledge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Adhere to and uphold the restaurant’s standard operating procedures.
• Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and support the team.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and honesty at all times.
• Deliver high-quality service with a personalized touch to all guests.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Minimize breakage of operating equipment and streamline resource flow.
• Coordinate effectively with co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in staff training to maintain consistent service standards.
• Comply with KOA Canvas policies and procedures.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar waitstaff role.
• Bartending experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attentive, patient, and customer-focused.
• Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume setting.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable working in a lively and fast-paced environment.
