Position Title: Waitstaff
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
-Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
-Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and drink options, and provide recommendations. Maintain a clean dining environment, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns quickly.
- Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during the dinner show. Assist with setup and breakdown of the event to maintain a seamless dining experience.
-Process transactions accurately and resolve any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

About the Client:
A Dubai-based hospitality venue renowned for its immersive dining and entertainment experiences

Qualifications:
-40 years old below
-At least 1 year experience in previous fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is preferred; dinner show experience is a plus
-Training in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
-Passionate about delivering exceptional service in fine dining and entertainment environments, with a strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Skilled in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving, with solid knowledge of fine dining etiquette and menu offerings.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
