Job description / Role
Supporting the Warehouse and Fulfillment manager, Duty Managers are an integral part of the warehouse leadership team responsible for ensuring the safe, secure and effective inventory management across operations day and night.
This is not a desk-based role and requires a hands-on approach to deliver effective, efficient and safe warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate must lead by example, be able to motivate and task a dynamic workforce, have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail along with advanced systems and computer knowledge.
Successful candidates must have a customer-oriented approach, be self-motivated and have a warehouse / logistics experience with supervisory experience. Demonstrated skills include the ability to meet deadlines, accurately track and report inventory, communicate proactively and have strong leaderships skills.
