Warehouse Foreman

Job description / Role

The Warehouse Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. This role involves managing a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Will work closely with other departments and projects to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Supervise and direct the activities of warehouse workers, equipment operators, and other relevant personnel.
• Organize and prioritize daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excessive inventory.
• Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, projects to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Maintain records and produce regular reports on key performance indicators, equipment maintenance logs, and safety incidents.

• Diploma (Preferably in Warehouse Management & Stock (Inventory) Control
• Good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry.
