Working Conditions & Benefits

The selected candidates will be required to work under the following conditions:duty hours will be 10 hours per day, ensuring that employees can perform their responsibilities effectively within a structured timeframe. The work schedule consists of 26 days per month, offering a consistent routine and stability of employment. This arrangement provides employees with regular work opportunities while maintaining a balance between productivity and rest days.

In addition to the standard working hours and schedule, employees will be entitled to benefits in line with the UAE Labor Law. These include company-provided accommodation, ensuring that staff have a comfortable and secure living arrangement throughout their tenure. Comprehensive medical coverage will also be offered, safeguarding the health and well-being of employees, while transportation facilities will be arranged by the company to make daily commutes to and from the workplace convenient and stress-free.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements. The age limit is below 40 years, ensuring applicants are within an active and productive working range suitable for the demands of the role. This age criterion also supports long-term employability and adaptability within the organization.

Applicants must possess basic English communication skills. While fluency is not mandatory, a working knowledge of English is essential for understanding instructions, safety guidelines, and workplace interactions. The ability to communicate effectively helps in ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues, supervisors, and management.

A high level of physical fitness is required, as the nature of the work may involve standing for extended periods, handling materials, or performing tasks that demand endurance and strength. Candidates should also demonstrate a hardworking attitude, reflecting reliability, commitment, and the capability to perform duties efficiently in a professional environment.

Furthermore, applicants must be presentable and well-mannered, as personal appearance and behavior contribute significantly to maintaining a respectful and positive workplace culture. Professional conduct and good interpersonal skills are highly valued, as they enhance teamwork and align with the company’s standards.

Salary:
AED 1,000 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
