Job description / Role

The Warehouse In charge is responsible in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate demand forecasting, and timely product availability. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns, collaborating with various departments, and implementing strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.

• Oversee inventory and supply chain management functions according to the department guidelines.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct levels of items are in stock.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Full knowledge of warehousing management.
• Perform frequent inventory audit for any discrepancies; then report & troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and reduce inventory related supply chain operations costs.
• Coordinate Supply Chain deliverables; respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment/distribution.
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with department head.
• Prepare & submit to Department Head periodic reports showing all transactions, achievements & KPIs.
• Ensure positive relationships with suppliers and provide good customer service to internal customers.
• Ensure implementation of inventory control safety & security standards
• Deep knowledge of different types of material & the best storage methodology

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse and supply chain coordination.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
