Position Title: Warehouse Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branches within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products.

Job Role:
- Direct and control the use of the warehouse to ensure the maximum use of available space and a safe, efficient, and profitable operation which meets customer and business needs.
- Supervise and improve daily warehousing operations (receiving, put away, inventory, picking, packing, delivery) in line with agreed operational plans and target.
- Ensure that all inbound and outbound orders are processed and available to the client as per the agreed timelines and SOP of the individual client
- Contribute to the efforts of the management team by continuously reviewing processes for possible improvements and costs savings and those financial repercussions of all operations effort are well understood.
- To resolve operational problems.
- Report all incidents / accidents immediately.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the same role from a retail, FMCG, or group of company
- Excellent knowledge about procedures of warehouse movement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Key skills – hardworking, management skills, leadership skills, decision making authority / planning & control
- Excellent communication skills
