Warehouse Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Dubai, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of restaurant supplies. This pivotal role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods to support restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment to inform management decisions.

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably within the restaurant or foodservice industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations in the UAE.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
