Job description / Role
• Oversee the day to day warehouse operations
• Ensure the implementation and compliance to quality systems and standards- e.g. HACCP, ISO, Baseline Process and other systems
• Responsible for achieving warehouse KPI targets
• Implement cost savings initiatives and projects
• Staff Training
• KPI's
• Warehouse Productivity
• Delivery Reliability
• On Time Performance
• Inventory Stock Count Accuracy
• DQMP, ISO Audit Scores
• Baseline Process Audit
• Safety and Health
Requirements
• University degree Major in Business Science
• With at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the field warehousing and distribution operations of F&B products, QSR products are an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills
• Good analytical thinking
• Excellent in communication skills
• Good in negotiation skills
• At least 3 years experience in supervising cold storage warehouse and distribution.
