Job description / Role
Objectives:
• Supervise , monitor , control and ensure the successful execution of Dispatch Process within Warehouse Facility for Export, FRZ, GCC and Local Shipments
Main responsibilities:
• Prepare the Shipment (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL after packing completion.(Palletization, , Master Label ,Volumetrics, Checking & compare PL with Physical Quantities)
• Oversee Physical Loading Shipments as per Company’s procedure
• Prepare the Daily Loading Plan
• Arrange in co-ordination with Logistics the Container arrival in the Facility
• Manage Dispatch Team
• Responsible for Housekeeping of the Dispatch Area
• Ensure HSE compliance of his team
• Ensure that Handling Equipment for Dispatching are working properly
• Keep IT Hardware in good condition by following all the IT Standards.
• Responsible to keep, maintain & report Warehouse Key Performance Indicators
• Meet Company & Personal Annual KPI Targets
• Appraise Dispatch Team performance
• Develop Warehouse team skills by directing, coaching, and training them
• Ensures the security of a loading dock and the adjacent areas, preventing theft
• Ensure Dispatch Documentation Handover to Transportation team
• Ensure POD preparation tasks are carried out for Ex-Works POD
• Ensures that all the vehicles in the facility are loaded as per schedule (On Time)
• Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
• Subordinates: Dispatch Team leader & Helpers
• Number required: 1
• Duration: Permanent Position, Contract 3 years.
• Desired start date: Immediate
• Probation: 6 Months
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, Shift Base
• Travel requirements: No
• Gross monthly base salary: 2500AED - 4000AED
• Commission / Bonus: As per UAE Labor Law
• Other Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Air ticket as per UAE labor laws.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: High School or Degree
• Other certifications obtained: Supply chain certifications / Diploma is a plus
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2+ Years experience in Warehouse is a plus
• Specialist knowledge:
• Working Experience in the warehouse or similar industrial environment.
• Working Experience in Dubai/Jafza will be considered as a plus.
• Experience in leadership/supervision in previous job will be plus.
• Knowledge Of English Language.
• Knowledge of working with WMS systems will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Inventory/Packing/Picking /Dispatching process in previous job will be considered plus.
• Should be a able to speak in English.
• Should show a ''can do attitude"
