Job Description
We are looking for a Wealth Manager to acquire and manage HNI and UHNI clients, providing tailored investment and wealth management solutions. Candidates from banking sales, insurance sales, bancassurance, as well as those with existing wealth management experience, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
• Acquire HNI and UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and proactive business development
• Manage and grow client relationships by offering personalized wealth and investment solutions
• Conduct regular portfolio and client reviews
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies
• Stay updated on financial markets and investment products

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in:
o Banking sales / client acquisition
o Insurance sales
o Bancassurance
o Wealth management / financial advisory
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills
• Target-driven and client-focused
• UAE market experience preferred

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• CFA / CFP / CAIA or similar certifications
• Existing client base or strong network of HNI/UHNI clients

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
