PRIMARY DEPARTMENT: Publication & Marketing Department
REPORTS TO: Manager, Publication & Marketing
POSITION TYPE: Staff
GRADE/RANK: 4
DUTIES:
- Maintains websites by being responsible for the content layout, pixel perfect visual appearance and usability design.
- Designs/develops new Web-enabled features and functions including multimedia content.
- Conceptualizes and produces web content consistent with the University’s written and visual identity guidelines using a variety of graphics software, techniques, and tools.
Requirements
Should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Interactive Design, Computer Science, website development and a minimum of 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. In web design and online branding and a proven ability designing and building creative, high quality websites. Experience with/exposure to designing/developing for third-party Web platforms, e.g. Facebook, YouTube, WordPress, or an equivalent combination of education, skill or experience.
