Job description / Role
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate on all aspects of application design and development.
• Make suggestions, ask questions, and always push the limits of the rest of the team.
• Always keep the user in mind.
• Build Ionic Web Application using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Perform code reviews and continue to improve code quality of all our software and projects.
• Work with members of the development team to implement, promote, and manage project development processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain new features of our existing and new products.
• Use HTML, SASS, JavaScript, and other Front End technologies to improve or create websites.
• Independently performs analysis to develop and implement high level designs
• Remains current on industry standards in web development
• Ability to research, develop and propose new technologies to improve application architecture
• Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
Requirements
• Previous professional experience
• Passion for developing functional and beautiful applications
• Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, Angular, React or Sass
• Build and deploy Mobile App using IONIC framework for Android and iOS.
• Experience developing highly interactive applications for many different types of users
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, and efficient code (and tests to go with it!)
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript skills.
• Need to be proficient in core JavaScript and industry standard libraries like jQuery;
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap is a must;
• Experience with at least one JavaScript MVC frameworks such as Ember or Angular;
• Experience working with Web Services using XML and JSON;
• Experience with NodeJS is a plus;
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming is desired;
• Familiarity with responsive design concepts and design best practices;
• Proficient with tools for website debugging and cross browser testing;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to own outcomes and results, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Creativity, flexibility, ability to multi-task and a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges is a must.
