Responsibilities
• Create compelling content in various formats.
• Manage the creator calendar to ensure timely content production and posting.
• Oversee the daily execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Enhance brand and product visibility across different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute the monthly social media editorial calendar.
• Produce multimedia content, including videos and live streams, to boost user engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on gaming, blockchain, NFTs and Web3 trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Develop strategies to grow and maintain followers on popular platforms such as Twitter, Medium, Discord and Telegram while leveraging Web3-specific platforms like Discord and decentralized social networks.
• Engage with decentralized communities, NFTs and Web3 projects to strengthen our company presence in the blockchain space.
• Create content and campaigns that highlight us to involvement in NFTs, crypto, and other Web3 initiatives.
• Implement the monthly editorial calendar, including key performance indicators and initiatives.
• Follow social media best practices and keep the marketing team updated on new channel features and developments in NFTs, Crypto and Web3 marketing.
• Conduct quality assurance on social media posts prior to scheduling in a management platform.
• Monitor live posts for link accuracy, UI compatibility, community sentiment, and discussions within NFTs, Crypto and Web3 communities.

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, ideally within the Blockchain, NFTs, Crypto, Web3 and gaming sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Video editing, Adobe Creative Suite and Creator Calendar is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), tagging, and web content ranking.
• Web3 experience, including knowledge of NFTs, blockchain technologies, and decentralized communities.
• Understanding of Web3 marketing, NFTs and Crypto strategies and platforms such as Discord and decentralized social media networks.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing multiple social media platforms while maintaining a positive, professional image for the organization.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
