Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-friendly websites that reflect the brand and showcase property listings effectively.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform website optimization strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for web pages, blogs, and social media to support lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and enhancement of SEO efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal performance.

- Proven experience as a Website Developer or similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing technologies and market conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous web development and SEO projects is highly desirable
