Job description / Role

Based in our Jebel Ali Freezone site, within our Rosemount business, the purpose of this role is to lead welding tasks in the manufacture of Rosemount products to conform with specifications and certifications. The welding will be done on multiple instruments and on multiple materials. This role does not limit only to welding assembly but also will include periodic maintaince, training subordinates, problem solving, packing, reporting etc.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
* Weld metal and other components to fabricate or repair products : Material SS316L, SS316TI, Monel 400, Duplex , HastelloyC276
* Welding and Helium leak check, Oil Fill
* Calibration and Testing of Pressure Transmitters & Differential Pressure Transmitter
* Handling of Calibration Reference Instruments,
* Issuing certificates - Calibration certificates 3.1 according to EN10204, certificates of Compliance 2.2, Hydtrotest certificates 2.2, certificates of IP65, Material test certificates 2.2.
* Repairing pressure tx , span & linearity adjustment of tx.
* Testing IP65 of gauges & case filling glycerin & silicon
* Diaphragm Seal with Pressure Gauges & Pressure Transmitters Filling Assembly of all type Diaphragm Seal.                                                                                                                                                    
* Diaphragm assembly & welding with Pneumatic pressure transmitter
* Assembly of 2 way valve manifold, 3 way valve manifold & 5 way valve manifold with pressure & Differential Pressure gauges
* Hydrotesting of pressure gauges & assembly of accessories 1.3 time of full scale range of the gauge
* Hydrotesting of Diaphragm assembly Pneumatic & Electronic transmitter

Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).
* Knowledge of Welding standards
* Ability to attain Rosemount Inc. soldering/brazing/welding certification.
* Ability to work from approved drawings and procedures.
* Ability to understand ASME standards
* 5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Welding Environment & Service and Exposure
* ISO 9001 quality management system, Kanban, 5S and DMAIC problem solving process.
* Specialised in Welding and knowledge of metal & welding process is a must.
* Good English communication and presentation skills for interaction with customers
* Good in documentation and writing
