Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: Ensure that all Employee Shared Service (ESS) /Welfare related issues raised by the employees are either resolved or escalated to the ESS Welfare Manager for discussion and resolution.

Duties:
- Record any ESS Welfare issues or concerns reported by TG employees
- Escalate / coordinate employees’ grievances with the relevant BU
- Escalate immediately to the ESS Welfare Manager any incident, accident or dispute.
- Submit to the ESS Welfare Manager monthly reports of Hotline activities
- Ensure employees Hotline queries are being resolved in a timely manner.
- Nominated Authorized Medical Representative
- Effective communication skills to update Managers at all levels.
- To assist with employee repatriation when required.
- Responsible for full and final settlement collection and updates
- Responsible for the repatriation of employees exiting the company including escorting them to the airport, collecting company assets and distribution of Full and Final Settlements
- Deceased repatriation and related coordination with Police, Airport & DHA
- Coordination with Consulate/Embassy for death cases
- Preparation of official letters
- Monitor the Welfare Office activities and follow up and report on hospital cases

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years within Welfare is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills – able to plan ahead, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Able to identify key issues and assess situations and decide on best action
- Must be able to work independently with a proactive approach
