Job description / Role
• Manages the operations of a service facility, repair facility or depot at the district, area, or region level
• Contributes to and drives a positive, Zero Incident HSE culture
• Leads Quality Management System for the service center, assures Quality standards, processes, and controls are implemented and followed
• May supervise warehouse workers, service technicians, drivers, machinists, and related shop labor
• Facility performs minimum field repairs, re-loads, arms tools, services/repairs equipment, changes out expendable parts, and other work on company or client's tools
• Handles special projects, as assigned
Requirements
• High School or Diploma degree with 10+ years’ experience in Fishing and Well Intervention both in operations and Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul
• Bachelor Degree with 5+ years’ experience in Fishing and Well Intervention both in operations and Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul
