Western Educated Business Development Manager - MEP Background (Hospital Sector)
Full expat package i.e Basic, housing, transport + family status.
On behalf of our client, a multi national company for the turnkey design and installation of MEP systems in industries such as Health Care / Hospitals, airports, industrial kitchens etc., we are recruiting an experienced Western Educated Business Development Manager.
You will implement, manage and develop the sales and marketing activities in GCC region including India. Responsible for aggressively marketing Hospital solutions and be involved in the pricing of jobs/projects and contract negotiations and instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be degree educated preferably electrical/mechanical with at least 10 years of Business Development experience winning projects in the above sectors, with preference given to those candidates working in the Hospitals sector.
Middle East experience in the MEP industry is required.
You should possess excellent communication skills with knowledge of operations and good attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry. You should have the ability to create, negotiate and close commercial agreements and be involved in the Tender Process.
