Western Educated Managing QS/ Contracts Manager - MRICS (PQS Consultancy)

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a multi national PQS consultant we are recruiting Managing QS/Contracts Manager with 20 years experience for Dubai based tower projects.

You will be working within the Consultants team on post contract works and managing staff on site. You must possess a strong personality and have the experience dealing with different consultants and Architect teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is an absolute must to succeed in this role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be MRICS with 20 years experience and well versed with FIDIC Contracts around 100 – 200 million Dollars.

If you have worked for a Project Management and QS consultancy or Cost Consultancy it will be advantageous.
