Western Sous Chef up to 15K AED for a Fine Dining Restaurant in UAE
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Requirements
Position: Sous Chef
Salary: up to 15,000 AED (£3,500) all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Availability: Can join immediately (1st October 2019)
Employment Type (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Western European nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or a related hospitality field
• At least 2 years of experience in Hospitality environment, preferably French Cuisine
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
