Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a multi national QS Construction Consultancy we are recruiting an experienced Senior QS Team Leader with experience preferably on Shopping Malls or other large scale buildings. The role will be based at site in Dubai and requires someone with UAE experience in a senior position on a large project, managing staff and the QS function.
The CV needs to be in Word document and please make sure under each company you explain who your company are (contractor, consultant, or developer) and a description of the projects you have worked on especially if they are related to the shopping malls or large projects such as mixed use developments, hotels, hospitals, airports etc.
If you have the above experience please send your CV along with a cover note, detailing your current salary, full package and your notice period. Notice periods longer than 30 days will not work for this role.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following profile:
• Degree in QS or Construction Management
• You must be a full member of RICS
• 15 years overall experience.
• You must have worked in the UAE for a min of 2 years, but could be based in another GCC country or back in your home country now, as long as you have the UAE experience previously.
