Job description / Role
• Perform wheel alignments on vehicles utilizing the wheel alignment computer for accurate assessment.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings so the necessary repairs can be made.
• Replace defective ball joint suspensions, wheel bearings.
• Align wheels, axles, torsion bars, and steering mechanisms of automobiles, using special alignment equipment and wheel-balancing machines.
• Calibrate equipment periodically to ensure accuracy of results.
• Periodically upgrade software and the data in the alignment machine as and when new model vehicles arrive
Requirements
• Experience Requirements: 2 - 3 Years employment
• Job Education - Diploma, Secondary School qualifications
• Responsibilities and Skills: Wheel alignment ,wheel balancing, tyre fitter
• Ensure efficiency and productivity is maintained above 100%. Work extra hours in case the job needs to be completed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep all personal tools safe. Any breakages or accidents must be reported to the Supervisor immediately.
