Job description / Role
Wholesale Executive - Dubai
• Developing & expanding the distribution channel network to enhance product reach & business targets
• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Leadership for wholesale Markets and dealer inventory management, order to delivery, network purchasing, and sales capabilities for the wholesale channels
• Focus on sales performance, penetration & growth
• Territory management, segmentation & structuring of most profitable territories
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
• Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory
• Active exploration of potential new opportunities within the region.
Wholesale Customer Development
• Manage and develop capabilities for current accounts, people, knowledge, go-to-market approach, etc.
• Maintain, track and grow current wholesale customer base: maintain a list of all wholesale customers per Distributor; their profiles, their business size, their growth plans; as well as putting in place a plan to grow the wholesale customer portfolio per Distributor
• Responsible for creating customer demand and brand equity levels. Identify areas of brand infringement and communicate.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG wholesale experience
• The ideal person should be from a distributor network handling wholesale and Key accounts and must have extensive connections at ground level in SOUQ Market- Nonfood- FMCG Section
