Wholesale Manager - Sports

Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading retail business and they are currently on the lookout for a Wholesale Manager – Sports to join their dynamic team based in Dubai. Your key role is to formulate and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities of the Wholesale Manager – Sports:
• Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays;
• Maintain close relationships with key accounts for business development;
• Developing new business strategies to ensure that the company is up to date with the changing business trends;
• Focus on growing and developing existing clients
• Maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines;
• Desired to speak Arabic but not required.
• A minimum of 4 years working experience on the same field, preferably in a sports retail business in the Middle East;
• Must have wholesale experience in the region
• Experience of building relationships with large and multinational companies;
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Be happy to be located in their head office based in Dubai
