Wills Services Representative

MMJS consulting is expanding into Wills and Estate Planning services and is looking for a client-facing Wills Services Representative to serve as the main point of contact for clients. The role involves representing our company in all wills-related matters and guiding clients through the process with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the front-facing representative for wills services
• Conduct client consultations and explain wills options and processes
• Coordinate with legal drafting partners and authorities
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and smooth case progression

• 3+ years in client-facing roles (legal, advisory, wealth management preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with UAE wills frameworks (advantage)
• Professional, organized, and client-centric
