The Wireless Sales Manager is responsible for driving and achieving sales, profitability, and to help maximize revenue opportunities with the channel partners objectives.

To be based out of our Dubai office, as a Wireless Sales Manager, you will work closely with Director Sales, GCC Region based, during the sales process. You will be providing technical product expertise, responding to RFIs, RFPs and designing a Proof of Concept (POC) to showcase Unlicensed and Licensed Wireless and Wi-Fi product. This role is integral to providing pre-sales support while partnering with the Sales team.

The ideal Wireless Sales Manager has a broad IT background and is proficient demonstrating all aspects of hardware features and functionality to all levels in an organization, With a strong blend of product sales and technical skills, the Sales Manager uses a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements.

Duties of the Wireless Sales Manager:
- Identify, recruit, setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-board within the assigned territory.(UAE and other GCC)
- Co-ordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals and sales targets
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Evaluate Partner sales performance and recommend improvements
- Educate partners about product portfolio and complementary services offered.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
- Communicate up-to-date information about the products and enhancements to partner
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences
- Assist in company marketing activities such as tradeshows, seminars, and other sales and marketing activities
- Working closely with the sales teams within the channel partner to train and advice.
- Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director
- Giving feedback to the Marketing team on the success of the sales initiatives
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners within UAE and the GCC region
- Working on cross-selling opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

- Background of the IT or Telecom Sales Manager.
- B.S. in Computer Science or Business field of study, MBA or Masters a plus
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, business development or channel sales roles, preferably within the UAE and GCC. And also in the Wireless /Microwave industry
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Demonstrated expertise in creating, executing and driving product/solution selling and product marketing for a technical product.
- Proven ability to analyze and take action on marketing programs, joint value propositions and business plans for strategic partners
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
- Strong business planning, account management, and consultation skills
- Excellent team player, willing to take the leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organization and structuring new approaches to new opportunities
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building and management skills for a broad range of constituencies including partners, marketing, and management
- Hold Valid UAE Driving License
- Willing to travel frequently to meet the targets.
- Self-motivated, team player candidate.
- Fluency in English mandatory and Arabic will be an added advantage.

Incentives
- Fixed cost and variable cost on the commission structure based on the sales target achieved.
- Good incentives and bonus based on the target and performance metrics.
