We are now seeking an exceptional Workforce Planning Manager to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office with this critical role responsible for developing, defining and implementing both short-term and long-term workforce plans for the PMI Division across the Gulf Region.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Ensuring the efficient utilisation and deployment of the current workforce against multiple projects and countries.
- Analysing and researching the staffing requirements of each project in conjunction with senior management and making recommendations to maximise utilization rates.
- Responsibility for the creation of complex and detailed workforce planning models that incorporate the utilization of annual leave, internal staff transfers, project timelines and budgets.
- Liaising closely with the PMI Divisional management and HR Division to identify and facilitate succession planning and talent management initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience partnered with an applicable Bachelor degree qualification.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and demonstrable workforce project scheduling skills are essential for success.
