Are you a credit control and billing expert within an international law firm experience?

What You’ll Do:

1. Credit control: chase client invoices, resolve queries, and ensure payments land on time
2. Billing: prepare debtor statements, post bills/credit notes, and support fee earners
WIP & Debtor reviews: drive monthly meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure working capital hygiene
3. Compliance: manage residual balances, SAR rules, VAT legislation, and banking transactions
4. Cashiering: post receipts in Aderant, settle disbursements, and handle banking
5. Ad hoc finance projects & team support

1. Law firm experience is essential
2. Proven credit control and billing background in an international environment
3. Knowledge of VAT legislation, banking systems, and SAR rules
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
5. Advanced Excel; Aderant experience preferred

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
