You will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients traditional service desk into a dynamic experience centre.

Description
* Lead the reimagination of the service desk into an Experience Center, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage and provide hands-on and remote assistance, event coordination, and VIP support to ensure seamless operations.
* Oversee the development and optimisation of digital spaces, including smart meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration rooms, and auditoriums.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive adoption of new initiatives.
* Utilise data and analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

* 2-6 years of experience in IT/Digital Workplace support.

* Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
