Position Title: Workshop Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium luxury car service center in Dubai

Job Description:
• Ensure full and accurate communication to the workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
• Ensure all materials and labor resources used are posted on each job card.
• Maintain up-to-date progress on each vehicle under maintenance/repair.
• Issue work to achieve promised times and notify reception if there are inaccurate, additional work, parts delays, technical difficulties, and ensure committed delivery times are met.
• Monitor technicians' performance, productivity, and efficiency on a daily and weekly basis.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Diploma/Degree in a Mechanical field
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Workshop Controller and 3 years in Supervisory role
• Must be proficient in MS Office
