Job description / Role

Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Administrating LAN and WAN networking and troubleshooting related Computer network issues.
- Handles IT projects assigned by the Head of Department and prepare the Project plan, Scope of Work to meet the deadline and budget.
- Administering and configuring Zoho and Microsoft products.

- Open to Arabic nationalities, up to 29 years of age
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the current role
- Hands-on Audio/Visual (A/V) experience
- Experience in Network support, ITIL, Manage ERPs and Genesys Omnichannel
