Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A Leading Yacht Rental Company requires a Lady Yacht Crew to work on one of its Yachts.

Objectives: Follow Marine Safety Procedures, Yacht Bookings Coordination, Welcome and Assist Customers on-Board, Prepare Drinks/Food (if required), Assist Captain and other crew for timely departures

Main responsibilities:
• Booking coordination: Welcome customers, show them the yacht, ensure they are comfortable and coordinate departures and arrivals with captain
• Assist Customers: Ensure they are comfortable on board, show them yacht facilities, prepare F&B (if required)
• Safety & Security: Follow correct marine regulations to ensure safety of both colleagues and customers
• Promptly pick up phone calls, from captain and management
• To promote the best services to the clients, communicating corporate values.
• To ensure yacht appearance is always neat and clean and facilities are working
• To sell and to perform own sales after obtaining own leads mainly from walk but also from restaurants, travel agencies, hotels etc.
• To perform ad hoc tasks subjects to Captain requests i.e.: Items collection, ice or other purchases etc.
• Any other duty may be assigned you from Management if business requires

Reporting to: Yacht Captain
Subordinates: None
Other interactions: Business Coordinator, Managing Directors

Company might provide STCW training but already licensed applicants are preferred

Duration: Permanent
Probation: 6 months

Working Hours: Flexible as per business demands
Travel requirements: Not Required

• Salary Expectation: AED 2000/2500 (USD 600/700) Basic Per month
• Possibility to use company accommodation
• Commission: Applicable on own sales and customers
• Bonus: based on positive feedback from Captain and Customers.

Requirements

• STCW (Seaman Certificate) - STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Networking and interpersonal skills (Emotional Intelligence)
• Organizational, Problem Solving skills
• Customer Service orientation
• Asian Nationalities (India, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.) Preferred
