Our team has amassed significant knowledge in the sectors of sustainability and mobility.

From having worked in the solar industry to the exclusive electric Hypercar sector, EV Lab is well equipped to deliver on its mission to enable a transport system that is 100% sustainable.

What will you be Doing

As an advocate of sustainable mobility, an Electric Vehicles enthusiast and a Marine life admirer, you will pull off your sales skills to market and generate sales on fully electric and solar powered Yachts.

You will invest in your extensive product knowledge, elite communication and negotiation skills to understand clients needs and give informed advice.

You are always up to date with the latest boat shows, trade shows and other relevant events.

- Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge and expertise of Brand's technicalities and features.
- Generate leads and communicate with prospects to capture interest.
- Prospect database, following up with and converting leads into sales.
- Optimize prospects, following up on all leads and converting to contracts.
- Exceed sales and margin objectives.
- Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Develop a strong relationship with the Brand Sales Manager.
- Assist in the development and execution of a marketing plan in collaboration with the EV Lab Marketing Manager.
- Be an active participant in monitoring social media yachts.
- Attend boat shows, trade shows and other events.
- Coordinate showing boats and visits of your clients and sea trials as needed.
- Travel to bases or other offices from time to time as may be required.
- Handle all inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure all transactions are subject to a signed approval sheet by CEO or Sales Managers.
- Attend periodic sales meetings via telephone or MS Teams and attend all training designated by Yacht Brands.
- Follow Company's and department's procedures and policies.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- 2-3 years of professional sales experience in Marine industry
- Holder of a Nautical License is a plus
- Able to work a flexible schedule including late nights to reach prospects in different time zones.
- Fluent in Arabic & English; other languages are a plus.
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to confidently negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Highly organized and detailed with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to understand and explain financial evaluations and presentations.
- Able to quickly gain credibility and confidently close sales.
- Confident when presenting to clients face to face, over the phone or on email.
