Yardi Consultant - 6 Month Contract

Job description / Role

On an initial six month contract basis you will use your extensive real estate operations knowledge and experience in property management to deliver a large-scale Yardi-focused IT program into a complex environment.

Phase 1. Service Offerings - Deliverables to be achieved during Engagement
- Database Conversion from Oracle to SQL version
- Upgrading Web share from 706 Voyager version to 7s Voyager (Moving from self-hosted to Yardi Cloud)
- ABF Improvements
- Current version fixes
- Fixes available in the 7s upgrade
- Orion Business Intelligence (Advance reporting)
- Health Improvement (leasing and leasing Admin)

Requirements

- 10+ Years of experience in Yardi
- Experience working locally and globally
- Managed service and management skills
- Full understanding of IT property management tools on the market
- Extensive investment property experience including lease administration, opex/capex budgeting and forecasting and in depth knowledge of trust accounting and compliance legislation
- Vast real estate operations knowledge and experience in property management
- Implementation of large IT projects
