Youth Football Coach

Job description / Role

• Develop engaging and age-appropriate training sessions to enhance technical skills and understanding of the game.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for players to learn and grow.
• Teach fundamental football techniques through creative drills.
• Promote sportsmanship, respect, and fair play among players and parents.
• Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to boost players' confidence.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches and volunteers to organize team activities.
• Organize friendly matches and tournaments with other youth teams.
• Maintain regular communication with players and parents.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for young athletes.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience with youth teams preferred.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
• Understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching certifications from recognized bodies.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the UAE if applicable.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
