Employment: Full Time

Project Director - Main contractor - Uganda

We are working with a leading international contractor who have been awarded a large package of civil works on a major scheme in Uganda valued at $200 million USD.

Our client is a tier 1 British contractor who are working in JV partnership with one of Uganda premier companies. They have been brought on to the project in order to ensure British quality standard are implemented on the project.

The project itself includes; refurbishment/upgrade and expansion of the roads, water, sewage, power and telecoms networks.

Requirements

The Project Director MUST have the following key attributes;

* Held the role of Project Director
* Civil engineering degree and be chartered
* 15 years work experience
* 10 years on infrastructure works

General role will include; day to day running of the project, overall delivery of project budget programme, quality, H&S and Environmental and answerable to the Board of Directors.
