Leadership Development Programme

The Leadership Development Programme is an intensive five-day course designed to boost your leadership and managerial skills. Ideal for executives and junior managers this short course provides the techniques and knowledge to effectively lead teams and support organisational changes successfully.

Candidates should ideally have a graduate degree. Non-native English speakers should be proficient in English and should show evidence of this by providing an International English language certificate (IELTS TOEFL Cambridge Michigan etc) or evidence of prior studies or work experience in English speaking environments.
