Job description / Role
Our client is a recently established multidisciplinary firm of cost and project managers in central London.
Established by leading figure heads of the industry who wished to move away from an overly corporate environment and set up their own flexible consultancy able to service their long standing clients and relationships.
The founding directors are now in a position to take on an Associate Director of Cost Management to be involved in strategy, business development, management of teams and delivery of a variety of schemes ranging from £500k to £25million within the residential, commercial retail & office, mixed use, arts & heritage and hotels sectors in the UK and across Europe. Clients are all private sector.
Requirements
If you are interested in a role where you could genuinely shape the business and be a key decision maker our client is keen to meet those with ideas and entrepreneurial spirit to join and help the business grow. You will be rewarded financially and professionally.
Ideally you will have contacts / clients to bring across in the short / medium term and be well versed in new business development. Our client will also consider talented senior cost managers who are delivery professionals who have a track record of providing an excellent service to existing clients as our client prides themselves on consistently bringing on repeat business and they cherish long term client relationships.
