Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree from accredited college or university in social work, gerontology, sociology, counseling, psychology, health and human services, nursing
• RN Licensure with one year experience in Human Services
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of two years full time, direct service experience with the elderly or disabled which includes assessment, care plan development and monitoring
