Job description / Role
In our Cath Lab team, you’ll take pride in establishing, training and leading our service teams. You’ll drive change, deliver on our client promises and ensure the highest standards. But you won’t stop at making on-site excellence a reality.
An expert in the cath lab or operating room environment, you’ll build credible and authentic relationships with the on-site team as well as the wider IHS family. You’ll also play a key part in taking our offering to the next level.
The insights and ideas you share will inform our internal consultants and shape new generations of products and services. It’s about having industry expertise and an entrepreneurial eye, and working collaboratively and innovatively to deliver great results and non-stop improvement.
Requirements
Experience of successfully leading a team and driving change in a similar environment will be vital to your success. And you’ll be as confident managing people as you are controlling budgets and processes.
A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is also essential as is fluency in English.
Additionally, the right to work in the UK is a prerequisite.
