Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for chefs to come join us in our busy steakhouse in England.

Sponsorship and accommodation arranged.

Must be fluent in English language, IELTS, B1 English for UKVI required.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS CHEF YOU’LL
• Train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation
• Always conform to health and hygiene regulations
• Be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards
• Oversee food ordering
• Food preparation
• Delivery of operations
• Manage a team
• Stock control

WHAT DO I NEED?
• It takes a mixture of ingredients to make the perfect dish, and a top Chef to bring it all together.

YOU’LL
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
• Be a seasoned pro in managing a kitchen
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu
• Train, develop and grow your team to smash targets together
• Be ready for anything that the shift throws at your team (not literally!)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
GBP 25,600 to 27,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a chef
• Fluent in English - speaking, Listening, reading and writing.
• Experience of working in a busy restaurants
• Knowledge of cooking steaks
• Experience in leading a team
• Experience with stock control and ordering
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
• Ready to move to the U.K. and start a amazing career
• Score of 4.0 and above in speaking, listening, reading and writing test which js UKVI approved level B1.
