CSCS Tutor - Middlesbrough

Our client is looking to recruit for a qualified CSCS Tutor in the Bradford region. This role is being offered on a full time / permanent position.

Their Tutors plan, prepare and teach a range of knowledge and skills to support learners who desire to work in the Construction industry. In addition, tutors support learners throughout their learning journey with vocational and employability skills, which include English, Maths, Digital and personal development.

You will provide valuable input to our quality approved schemes of work, session plans and delivery resources as required for classroom led sector and employer led courses. Your key task is the delivery of quality facilitation, teaching, learning and assessment and that encourage and motivate learners to remain on provision and progress into employment.

Working as a Tutor, your role will be to deliver innovative, engaging and motivational learning sessions to our learners, this will develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours and support them with their longer term goals and career aspirations.

CSCS Tutors plan, prepare and teach CSCS units and level 1 and 2 construction related programmes to a variety of learners aged 16+.

You will be delivering Construction training leading to CSCS cards for learners and provide employability support. Developing learning resources and flexible learning strategies to meet aims. You will provide valuable input to our quality approved schemes of work, session plans and delivery resources as required for classroom led sector and employer led courses. Your key task is the delivery of quality facilitation, teaching, learning and assessment and that encourage and motivate learners to remain on provision and progress into employment.

They offer flexible working hours and welcome applications from candidates looking to work traditional working patterns, and/or evening and/or weekend options. All flexible working hours options will be discussed further at interview.

Requirements

Qualifications And Experience:

* Level 3 Teaching qualification - e.g. AET / PTLLS/ CertEd (Essential)
* Assessing qualification L3 or equivalent (desirable)
* Health and Safety qualification at L3 or above
* Construction trades employment background with experience of at least 2 years

In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience and qualifications.
